These terms constitute an agreement between us as to how your order will be processed.
This is subject to change. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read,
understand, and agree to comply with LeilaniDesign Terms and Conditions setforth.

Payment Method

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, and Mastercard or Money Order.
Prices do not include applicable taxes and shipping/handling charges.

Order Terms

Prices are PER ITEM (ONE ITEM).
We can only process orders within the U.S. Sorry no orders from Canada or international can be accepted at this
time.
Minimum of $25.00 order within the TimeSavers Category excluding tax and shipping.
Minimum order of 40 non-wedding related invitations or announcements per style applies and sold at 25 increments
EXCEPT where otherwise noted or agreed upon due to package deals or promotions. Separate minimum applies
to programs.
All prices and minimum orders are subject to change without prior notice.
We reserve the right to limit quantities per item.
We are not responsible for typographical errors.
Custom and personalized products are NOT refundable, exchangeable or returnable. We ask each customer to
take their time in deciding to purchase their personalized invitations, announcements, or keepsakes.
Customer is responsible for double checking their orders before placing. LeilaniDesign is not responsible for
customer errors. Customers should take full advantage of the FREE one set of b&w proofs (or the snapshots,
when available) of ONE actual sample that is created upon approval of b&w proof to thoroughly review and
proofread before mass printing/production begins. Customer will be charged the full price if any of the pages
needs reprinting due to customer oversight.
Customer understands that the nature of hand-made items results in slight variations in the products or items
ordered.
Customer understands that slight color variations might occur during printing of custom or personalized items.
An electronic proof in black and white will be provided for spelling review and order will be processed only when
we receive customer acceptance.
Customer understands that in the event of a discontinuance/disruption of LeilaniDesign's business in whole or in
part, may it be temporary or permanent, due to reason beyond LeilaniDesign's control caused by nature, act of
God, earthquake, fire, flood, theft, power failure, governmental restrictions or laws, or war, LeilaniDesign have
the option of cancelling all or any part of the orders with no fee or penalty of any kind imposed by the Customer.
The customer shall indemnify and hold harmless LeilaniDesign from any and all costs, expenses, losses, and
damages on account of any and all manner of claims, demands, actions and proceedings that may be placed
against LeilaniDesign.
Refer to the Invitations and pre/post-wedding related Orders section below for terms and conditions not
already specified in this section.

Invitations and pre/post-wedding related Orders:

MINIMUM ORDER: Minimum quantity order of 75 per style. Invitations or announcements are sold in 25 increments
unless otherwise noted or agreed upon due to package deals or promotions.
Stated sizes are approximate.
DISCOUNTS: Certain Invitation orders are pre-assembled for FREE except for adhesive costs (a discount value of
up to $1.50 per invitation set) . Please call us for details. If any other promotional discounts are offered, they
apply only to cardstock products. Package Deal may be available. Pls call for details.
PRINTING: Printing is in Black and White and one-sided only. Additional fees may apply for different font colors, if
possible on the cardstock type and colors chosen.
PHOTOS - BW: less than 2"x2" image printing - add 35 cents each page, 75 cents for over 2"x2". Addtl fees may
apply for any additionall enhancement or work required with the photo supplied. Studio or profesional photos
must come with a release letter from the studio or photographer the photos were taken by. Please click the link to
download the .pdf form, COPYRIGHT PHOTO RELEASE FORM. You'll need Adobe Acrobat 5.0 and later to open
the file. We will not proceed with your order without this release. Otherwise, when you submit your photos to
LeilaniDesign, you represent that you either own the image or that you have permission from the copyright owner
or other owner to reproduce the image, and that the reproduction of the image will not violate the rights of any
other person. Further, upon placing your order, you agree to indemnify LeilaniDesign and defend and hold us
harmless from all actions; liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, but not limited to, attorney's fees
and costs, arising out of or relating to: (a) our possession or reproduction of the image and (b) any breach of
your representations in the previous sentence.

PRICE CHART: Should we find errors in tis price chart, existing customers will be informed and get consent
before proceeding with the order.
PAYMENTS: 50% DEPOSIT is due at time of Custom/Personalized product is ordered and BALANCE is due at time
the order is approved for mass printing/production. Custom/Personalized orders are NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-
EXCHANGEABLE, NON-CANCELLABLE & NON-RETURNABLE. Cancellable if reason is due to reasons beyond
LeilaniDesign's control as stated in bullet# 13 below.
PRINTING ERRORS: We are not responsible for customer oversight after approval for mass production is
received from you. If there is a misprint and requires reprinting, it will be given priority. If the misprint is your
oversight, additional cost will be charged to you including shipping/handling charges, if applicable.
FREE ASSEMBLY: Layered invitations including TAGS, if purchased, are pre-assembled for no additional fee (a
vaue of up to $1.50 per invitation set) (except for adhesives which is already included in the pricing) for a limited
time. Invitations are assembled with utmost care and professionalism and goes through thorough inspection to
ensure they are beautiful and elegant. Customer understands that due to the nature of handmade invitations,
slight variations in sizes, fit, color, printing and overall assembly may occur.
POSTAGE: Additional postage maybe required to mail out invitations. Customer understands to check with their
local Post Office for exact postage requirement before mailing the invitations, and the like.
INVITATION HANDLING: Custom/ Personalized/ Handmade Products using metallic cardstocks and the like require
to be handled with care. Slight bleeding may occur in some metallic colored cardstocks. They need to be kept in
a dry and cool place and MUST be handled with dry hands to avoid possible smearing. Customer understands
and releases LeilaniDesign from any liability or rework for any completed invitations in their possession that
becomes damaged or defective caused by misuse or mishandling of those invitations.
USE OF PERSONALIZED SAMPLE OR COMPLETED INVITATION AS SAMPLE: LeilaniDesign reserve the right to
use as samples all personalized samples created for you in the beginning of the process and/or the completed
orders and may be posted online without any further notice to you. Orders with photo will will be posted on our
site given we have the copyright release from the studio on file, if professionally taken, and consent from the
customer.

Processing and Shipping Terms

Customer is responsible for shipping charges. Customer will be informed of the exact shipping cost via email (or
telephone, if no email is provided) for which customer can accept or cancel the order. Custom or Personalized
ITEMs are not refundable or returnable.
Turnaround time varies based on what is being ordered and whether or not your order involves any kind of
printing such as invitation texts, candy wrapper labels, wine bottle labels, magazine keepsake covers, church
program covers, etc).

For orders that require no printing, orders will be processed and shipped within 7 - 10 business
days from the time your order is received (excludes Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) - unless rush
shipping is requested for additional fee and when available. Customers will be notified if any of the items
are found not available on stock. (More details to be posted on this)

For orders that require printing, turnaround time varies and can be longer as we will need customer
acceptance of proofs and authorization to print the order. Proof of the customer's text will be provided
via email within 5 - 7 days from when the order and all completed text are received by us. We will not
print your order until such acceptance or authorization is received. Upon approval of the proofs for mass
production, custom orders may take up to 7-10 days (excluding weekends) but is dependent on current
orders being processed at time of approval. Please take this in consideration when placing your order to
ensure your order is completed on time for your event. Contact us for more details . Custom or
personalized orders are non-cancellable, non-refundable, non-returnable and non-
exchangeable once order is placed and/or approval for mass production is received.

We will contact you for shipping/pick-up details.
We try our best to get your order on time but due to uncontrollable product change or availability, weather
conditions, etc., some delays may occur.
We do not ship on weekends.

Pick up Orders

Customer is responsible for verifying the order is complete and in good condition at time of pick up and must sign
to acknowledge receipt. Discrepancies must be reported then otherwise order is deemed complete and fulfilled
and no further action is required or should be expected from LeilaniDesign.
Pick up location, date and time will be arranged and determined by LeilaniDesign.

Return Policy

We try our best to make sure your order is correct before we ship it to you, however, certain circumstances are
unavoidable. Before any returns will be accepted, prior authorization from customercare@leilanidesign.com must
be obtained which may be subject to restocking fee.
Custom and personalized orders cannot be cancelled, changed, refunded, returned once order is placed and/or
approval for mass production is received.
Custom and personalized products are NOT refundable, exchangeable or returnable. We ask each customer to
take their time in deciding to purchase their personalized invitations, announcements, or keepsakes.
Report any damaged or defective items within 5 days of receipt of items.
Returnable products due to reasons other than damaged or defective items will be accepted in good, undamaged
and saleable condition in their original packaging. Customer will be credited if returned products are received
within 10 days of the original shipment with authorization. A 20% restocking fee will apply and shipping charges
of the returned items will be the customer’s responsibility. Otherwise, to keep our prices low, all sales are final.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Backorders or Out of Stock ITEMs:

We do not accept backorders for items. If an item that is ordered is found to be out of stock when the order is
being processed/packed, the amount of the item ordered will be refunded back to the customer by check.

Privacy Policy

Your personal information will only be used for email notifications, order confirmation, and
invoices. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
